ShoHost System Policy

1. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

To ensure quality service for all customers, ShoHost enforces a Fair Usage Policy. Customers must not use an excessive amount of server resources, including CPU, RAM, bandwidth, or storage.

• Excessive use of bandwidth, storage, or processing power may result in restrictions.
• Hosting accounts must not be used for file storage, backups, or CDN services.

2. Storage and Bandwidth Usage

ShoHost hosting plans include allocated storage and bandwidth limits. Customers must adhere to these limits to prevent service interruptions.

• Streaming, file hosting, or excessive storage usage is not allowed on shared hosting.
• Dedicated servers and VPS clients must use bandwidth efficiently to avoid network congestion.

3. Security and Abuse Policy

Security is a priority at ShoHost. Any abuse of the network or services will result in immediate suspension.

• Hosting accounts must not be used for illegal activities such as hacking, phishing, or spreading malware.
• Customers must maintain the security of their accounts and update software regularly.
• Brute-force attacks, DDoS attacks, and network abuse are strictly prohibited.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SHO WEB SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our web hosting and server solutions. As we operate in the digital service sector and not in the manufacturing of physical products, our policy is structured accordingly.

Web Hosting & Dedicated Server Services

• Customers may request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of placing the order for web hosting or dedicated server services.
• Refunds will not be entertained beyond the 7-day period from the date of order.
• Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed and reflected in the customer's account within 7 business days.
• Note: Refund timelines may vary based on the payment method. For payments made via Stripe, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to process. For Cashfree payments, it may take 7 to 9 business days to reflect in your bank account.
• No refunds will be issued for services that have been used extensively, abused, or violated our terms of service during the initial 7-day period.

License-Based Products

(e.g., cPanel, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, etc.)

• No refund will be provided for license-based purchases under any circumstances, as these are activated instantly and are non-returnable.

General Terms

• All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through our Customer Support Portal or via official email communication.
• SHO WEB SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to approve or deny a refund request based on service usage, abuse, or violation of terms.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
